Xebec.[14]

He would later become recognized as one of the Four Emperors, the four most powerful pirate captains.[14] Notably, the only member of the Roger Pirates known to have consumed a Devil Fruit is Buggy, an apprentice who was one of the weakest members of the crew.[18] Although he is still not a powerful pirate compared to others in the Grand Line, Buggy has been able to garner significant attention and respect just by having been part of the Roger Pirates;[19] this enabled him to recruit hundreds of dangerous Impel Down escapees to his crew and receive an invitation to join the Seven Warlords of the Sea.[20]
